Jun 15, 2023Man shot in the leg, injured, Saturday at Aurora trampoline center parking lot - Sentinel Colorado
AURORA | An unidentified man was shot in the leg Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of a trampoline center in central Aurora, police said.
Officers were called to 1400 S. Abilene St., the address of Sky Zone Trampoline Park, at about 4:15 p.m. after reports of a shooting in the parking lot.

When police arrived, they encountered a man who had been shot in the leg.
“The man stated there was a fight leading up to the shooting, and that the shooter, who left the scene prior to officers arriving, was possibly known to him,” Aurora police spokesperson Agent Matt Longshore said in a statement. “The man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.”
No arrests were made as of Saturday at night.
Police said anyone with information can call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous and still be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000, police said.
